The QL-570VM Visitor Badge and Management Kit is an all-in-one solution for tracking contractors, volunteers, students, guests, and more. It includes the QL-570 Label Printer, VM-100 Visitor Badge and Management software, and P-touch Editor 5.0 software for Windows. Not only does this kit easily turn out professional-looking badges, but it's much faster and more efficient than traditional pen and paper check-ins, utilizing databases for managing visitor information and streamlining your check-in processes and security log-keeping. The kit also lets you easily keep records of who enters/exits the building for security purposes, and it generates emergency evacuation reports on-demand.
Create Professional-Looking Badges
Using the QL-570 Label Printer, you can create crisp, high-resolution badges up to 300 x 600 dpi. The powerful VM-100 Visitor Badge and Management software provides over 50 badge templates that are easily customizable to fit your organization's security criteria.
The included P-touch Editor 5.0 for Windows software is easy to install and is compatible with PCs running the Windows operating system. This powerful editing software allows you to import logos, photos and text, and manipulate styles, fonts, and sizes to your liking.
Two Visitor Check-In Modes: Reception or Self Check-In Modes
Manage visitor check-ins using one of two methods: reception mode or self check-in mode. In reception mode, visitors are assisted at check-in--typically by a receptionist--who will then generate a visitor badge.
When using self check-in mode, the visitor enters their own data into a pre-designed screen which automatically generates a badge for the visitor. This mode is perfect for trade shows, workshops, or conferences. When using either mode, the information is logged into a database for generating reports or managing data later.
Print Other Types of Labels Fast
Using the included P-touch Editor software and QL-570 Label Printer, you can print more than just badges. You can also print other types of labels up to 2.4 inches wide, such as shipping labels, name tags, envelope labels, CD/DVD labels, and more.
Enjoy print speeds of up to 68 labels per minute and detailed, accurate imagery as well. The label printer even has a built-in automatic cutter for precise cuts on each and every label. No matter what type of label you create using the Brother QL-570VM Visitor Badge and Management Kit, you'll get professional results every time.
