Product Description
Vibra-TITE 460 Instant Pipe Sealant is an easy to use anaerobic pipe sealant which sets fast to give an instant low pressure seal of 100 psi and a high pressure seal when fully cured. This high strength product provides 100 percent sealing capability and does not shrink after curing, unlike more traditional solvent based pipe dopes. Vibra-TITE 460 Instant Pipe Sealant with Teflon lubricates parts during assembly. The cure system allows for realignment of parts up to 24 hours from application. This product can be used on most hydraulic, pneumatic, oil, water, and gas connections. Ensure parts are clean, dry and free from oil and grease before use. Product is normally hand applied from the tube or brushed directly onto threaded parts. Fixture Speed with Activator is <10 minutes. Fixture Speed without Activator is 4 hours. Shelf Life is 12 months at 68 degree F. 24 hours at 68 degree F Full Cure Time. Product should be stored in a cool and dry location at temperatures between -10 degree C to 30 degree C. Optimal storage is 22 +/- 4 degree C. Shelf life is 18 months from date of manufacture when stored at 22 +/- 4 degree C. For stainless steel and other inert metal threaded pipes and fittings. General purpose and high temperature sealant. Gasoline resistant. 0.012 inches Maximum gap fill. 10000 PSI Sealing pressure. 60 Cure speed (minutes). N or T Suggested primer. 1 liter Jug.
