Product Description
Vibra-TITE 567 is a high temperature, high strength, anaerobic retaining compound designed for metal cylindrical assembly applications. The product performs on aluminum, steel, plated, stainless steel, and special alloy parts. 567 exhibits excellent temperature and solvent resistant. Locks shaft and hubs together for gears, bearing, bushings. Bonds pins, adaptors, plugs. Ensure parts are clean, dry and free from oil and grease before use. Product is normally hand applied from the bottle onto parts. 24 hours at 72 degree F Full Cure Time. Steel pins and collars >2500 psi After 24 hour cure and Steel pins and collars >3500 psi After 24 hour cure, 24 hours at 177 degree C, tested at 22 degree C shear strength. Static shear strength was measured on cylindrical parts with a 0.002” diametrical clearance. Product should be stored in a cool and dry location at temperatures between -10 degree C to 30 degree C. Optimal storage is 22 +/- 4 degree C. Shelf life is 18 months from date of manufacture when stored at 22 +/- 4 degree C. 0.015 inches Maximum gap fill. 3500 Plus PSI Shear strength. 1.16 Specific gravity. N or T Suggested primer. 1 Liter Jug.
