This Tsubaki Neptune hardened carbon steel double pitch single-strand riveted ANSI conveyor roller chain is self-lubricating and is suitable for use with attachments in conveyor applications in corrosive environments. The chain is manufactured with solid rollers and bushings for strength and durability. Three layers of zinc, aluminum, and sealant are applied to the pins, plates, and bushings before assembly to provide increased protection against corrosion. This roller chain has pre-lubricated bushings and felt seals for longer chain life, has link plates assembled with rivets, and includes one connecting link for every 10’ of chain. It has an operating temperature range of 14 to 302 degrees F. This Tsubaki roller chain is American National Standards Institute (ANSI) B29.1 standard, making it dimensionally interchangeable with other ANSI chains, is Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant, and is suitable for use with attachments in conveyor applications exposed to salt air and salt water, such as conveyors on ships.
