Product Description
These Titanium machine screws are machined from 6AL 4V (Grade 5) Titanium. Ti 6AL 4V Titanium alloyed with 6% Aluminum and 4% vandium and was originally developed for the aerospace industry. Titanium has outstanding corrosion resistance, low density (0.160 lbs/in3) and excellant biocompatibility. This has made Titanium and its alloys the material of choice for the aerospace, medical devices/implants and marine application.
