The Thomas Traceable Snap-In Module Thermometer measures temperature in liquids, gases, refrigerators, freezers, and water baths. The thermometer measures temperature from -50 to 300 degrees C (- 58 to 572 degrees F), with an accuracy of + or - 1 degree C. The 2.75" stainless steel probe is attached to the base by a 10-ft. cable. The thermometer has minimum/maximum temperature memory for monitoring the temperature consistency. The thermometer is traceable to National Institute of Standards and Technology standards, indicating that it is calibrated to International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17025 levels. This Thomas thermometer is used to measure food temperature in restaurants, grocery stores, and other food-safety and food-storage facilities.
