Product Description

The Thomas Traceable Solar Powered Thermometer measures temperature in freezers, refrigerators, offices, and storage rooms. The thermometer measures temperature from -20 to 70 degrees C (0 to 160 degrees F), with an accuracy of + or - 1 degree C. The 0.8" temperature sensor is attached to the base by a 10-foot cable and can be submerged. The unit is solar-powered and has a backup battery for use in dim areas. The 0.5" LCD display is visible from up to 10 ft. away and shows either ambient or probe temperature with the press of a button. The thermometer is traceable to National Institute of Standards and Technology standards, indicating that it is calibrated to International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17025 levels. This Thomas thermometer is used to measure temperature and humidity in food service, scientific laboratories, and industrial settings.
