The HF3-16M-N combines the Spyraflo Self-Aligning High Performance, Drawn-Cup, Needle-Roller bearing with their sintered aluminum 2-Bolt Hole Housing Flange. The unique final assembly offers design engineers a Low-Profile, Flange Mounted bearing that is lightweight, has clean lines and dimensional consistency. The hardened steel shaft acts as the inner bearing raceway on this narrow cross-section rolling element bearing with the needles being retained in a cage. The bearings are pre-lubricated with lithium-complex grease for optimum performance. high temperature grease, sealed and full-compliment bearing options are also available. Spyraflo Housing-Flanges are often able to replace more expensive, larger and heavier cast-iron ball bearing assemblies. The profile and performance of Spyraflo housing Flanges make them a very cost effective alternative to traditional Flange-Mounted bearing mounting challenges.
