Product Description

This Spyraflo pillow block bearing has an aluminum housing and an oil-impregnated bronze bearing insert with a 0.750-inch bore diameter. It is suitable for supporting shafts that carry radial loads, such as in material handling. The one-piece sintered aluminum bearing housing is lightweight and corrosion resistant, has a flat square foot to help accurately align the housing, and has two bolt holes. The Society of American Engineers SAE-840 bronze sleeve bearing insert is oil impregnated, containing 25 percent oil volume within the porous structure of the insert to provide a film of lubricant between the bearing and shaft and help ensure long life. This bearing allows self-realignment of up to 5 degrees and compensates for static and dynamic alignment errors, it has an operating temperature range of -20 to 200 degrees F, and it is permanently sealed and lubricated to help extend service life. This sleeve bearing pillow block is suitable for use in material handling applications, such as conveyors.
