Product Description
The SMC KJS-S hex socket male adapter fitting is made of stainless steel and has tube and NPT male connectors. This hex socket male adapter extends a run of piping by joining two pipes of different types, and it has a hexagonal head for an increased bearing surface when adjusting the fitting with a wrench. It is a push-to-connect fitting that connects to pipes or tubing on one end and has a National Pipe Taper (NPT) male connector on the other. The fitting is made of stainless steel for resistance to scaling and corrosion. The working pressure for this fitting is up to 150 pounds per square inch (psi), and its operating temperature ranges from -5 to 60 degrees C.
