Product Description

Plain steel is a low carbon (not heat treated) material, making it a good economical choice when corrosion is not a factor. Open area is the empty space in the product. Measured in percentage of the entire sheet. Higher percentage open area allows more light, air flow, and liquid to pass through quickly and easily. Lower open area percentage reduces the flow through the material.
