The Rubbermaid FG777700 WaveBrake down press mopping trolley has a 35-quart (33.1 L) bucket with molded-in wave baffles to reduce splashing, graduated marks for measuring contents, and a down press wringer, tested to exceed 100,000 wringing cycles, that includes a tubular steel arm with a contoured handle for better grip. The main bucket and wringer are made from blue structural web-molded plastic for better strength-to-weight ratio than standard injection-molded plastic. This system includes an extra bucket that fits under the wringer to keep dirty water separate from clean water in the main bucket. This mopping system is suitable for commercial and industrial applications, and can help earn Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) credits. The bucket has a metal wire handle to facilitate lifting and emptying, and fits onto a trolley with a 38.6-inch high push handle for mobility and extra storage. The trolley includes an extra accessory bucket, and the push handle holds a removable caddy for cleaning supplies and hanger brackets for safety signs and other tools. The system measures 38.6 x 18.2 x 28.9 inches/98 x 46.2 x 73.4 cm (H x W x D). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.)
Combination mop bucket and wringer systems, also called combo mopping systems, consist of a bucket with a wringer (usually removable) that connects to the side or top so that water wrung out of a mop will drain into the bucket. The bucket often has casters for mobility. The wringer can be a simple strainer, used by pushing a wet mop against its walls, or it can have a mechanism operated by an arm that squeezes water out of a wet mop by forcing it against a strainer.
Rubbermaid manufactures cleaning, organizing, and material handling products for commercial, medical, and industrial applications. The company, founded in 1933, is headquartered in Huntersville, NC.
