The Rubbermaid Commercial Untouchable swing top is a round, injection-molded, HIPS trash can top for use with Rubbermaid Commercial Untouchable 2947 and 3546 garbage cans (sold separately). Drop and swing lid design hides refuse from public view and helps control odors. HIPS (high-impact polystyrene) is more flexible than GPPS (general-purpose polystyrene) and is resistant to impacts and heat. This trash can top measures 5" high and 16.13" in diameter and meets the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) 2010 Standards for Accessible Design.
