This garbage can meets Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements for handling confidential health information. A keyed lock and a narrow, recessed paper slot help prevent unauthorized access and protect confidential documents. Steel is more rigid than aluminum and is resistant to fire and wear. This container measures 31 x 20.75 x 18.75 inches (H x W x D) and has a capacity of 36 gallons. (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.)
