Non-sterile pap smear specimen spatula with polypropylene tip and polypropylene shaft. Spatula can be used for the collection of cervical cells for analysis by pap smear methods and by methods for detecting sexually transmitted diseases. Ideal for use with endo-cervix brush for collection of ectocervical and endocervical cells. Spatula has a curved head similar to Ayres design allowing for easy scraping and removing of cellular material.
