Product Description
PrimeWare uses a thin sheet of PLA and in essence “melts” it onto the bagasse. When faced with hot or greasy foods, unlined sugarcane bagasse containers don’t fare too well. However, PLA lining on containers creates a complete moisture and grease barrier, dashing away any prior worries. PLA is derived from plant-starch material, which means that it is fully compostable and able to biodegrade in a proper composting facility just like the rest of PrimeWare’s products. Designed for the hottest foods to-go, PLA lined products offer the best protection from stir-fried foods and dishes with hot sauces. PLA-lined deep hinged-lid container (medium). Microwaveable and freezer safe.
