They are made by applying heat and pressure to a series of layered materials such as cellulose, cotton fabric, synthetic fibers, glass fibers or woven fabrics and then impregnated with synthetic resin. Once the layers are heated and pressure is applied, the layers are transformed into a high pressure thermosetting industrial laminate.
