The Oreck Commercial COMP9H HEPA Compacto 9 canister vacuum has an 8-foot vacuum hose, a 50-foot power cord, and a 1.6-horsepower, two-stage, two-speed motor. This canister vacuum cleaner is quieter and easier to maneuver than typical upright vacuums, and its head can be used to clean stairs, drapes, and under furniture. A telescopic wand and an eight-foot vacuum hose help facilitate cleaning overhead vents, ceiling fans, and other high places. Two-stage motors have greater vacuuming capability than single-stage motors. The motor also offers two speed options, one for less noise and one for greater airflow and suction. This vacuum cleaner delivers up to 106 cubic feet per minute of air flow and up to 98.4 inches of water lift, which is a measure of suction (the higher the lift, the greater the suction). The vacuum operates at a sound level of 60 decibels. A 50-foot power cord enables it to cover a larger area without changing outlets than vacuum cleaners with shorter cords. This product meets U.S. Department of Energy Standard 3020 for High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters, which remove at least 99.97 percent of airborne particles that are 0.3 micrometers or greater in diameter. It has a nine-quart capacity and includes a telescopic wand, a crevice tool, an upholstery tool, two floor tools, and a connector assembly for different cleaning tasks.
