Oakton WD-35802-32 Nitrogen Oxide NOx Single Junction Epoxy Body Ion Selective Electrode, 220 - 0.2 ppm Range

The Oakton WD-35802-32 is a Nitrogen Oxide (NOx), epoxy-body, gas-sensing, ion-selective electrode (ISE), with a single-junction for general-purpose applications. It is commonly used for air and stack gases. It has an epoxy body for impact resistance and durability, and a removable cap with membrane and fill solution for ease of use. The electrode houses a BNC-connected combination reference cell and measuring cell, for ease of use and to provide a tight coaxial cable connection.

This electrode is refillable, has a temperature range of 0 to 50 degrees C (32 to 122 degrees F), and a pH range of 1.1 to 1.7. Its measuring range is 5E-3 to 5E-6 M and 220 to 0.2 ppm. Interfering ions include CO2, SO2, HF and acetic acid. The electrode has a typical response time of 20 to 30 seconds, varying with solution concentration. It is used with the Ion 510, pH 2500 Ion Benchtop, or Ion Acorn meters. It can also be used with any ion meter, or with any meter with a 0.1 mV resolution. The electrode comes with a 3-foot cable, replacement membrane, 15 mL of electrolyte, and a filling pipette. It is to be used with a calibration standard (sold separately).

ISEs respond selectively to ions in the presence of other ions, and are commonly used for water-testing, and to analyze biological samples in hydroponics, aquaculture, and agriculture.
