The Oakton 35710-76 is an external contact sensor for measuring temperature with TempLog and RHTempLog dataloggers. The sensor, also known as a probe, measures the temperature of a solution, and is commonly used to test air, liquids, and solids in field and laboratory applications. This sensor can be used to log and display readings on a computer. It can be plugged into a port located on the TempLog and RHTempLog dataloggers. The sensor can be scaled to match the range and units of the transmitter, or instrument output. Its size offers maneuverability, and it comes with an 8.2-foot (2.5 meter) cable for ease of use.
The 35710-76 sensor dimensions are 3.25 (l) x 0.25 (d) inches. It has a four-pin connection, and is intended for use with Oakton TempLog and RH TempLog dataloggers (sold separately).
A sensor, or probe, is used with a datalogger to assist in the measurement of temperature, in environments such as shipping and storage, laboratories and industrial plants, greenhouses and cold rooms, and museums and libraries.
