The North Safety LK110FE combination lockout/tagout kit provides portable access to an assortment of 32 electrical and valve lockout devices to help prevent unauthorized access to a variety of energy sources during maintenance and repair. It has four lockout hasps with the capacity for six padlocks each, providing the ability to require multiple authorizations for access to one locked-out device or energy source (additional padlocks sold separately). It comes with 12 laminated steel padlocks to help prevent unauthorized access to potential hazards; and 25 polystyrene tags that read "Do No Operate," with a red, white, and black "Danger" logo on both sides, and a lined area for writing task-specific details on the back. The assortment comes in two cinch sacks that are yellow for high visibility and made of ripstop nylon for abrasion resistance. This kit is part of a lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety procedure required at facilities where multiple devices and energy sources need to be isolated during maintenance and repair.
