This three-port leakproof Top Works™ Silicone Top is sized to fit Schott Corning and Wheaton media bottles that use common GL45 screw closures. The autoclavable system combines a flexible platinum-cured silicone insert and a polysulfone screw closure with hole creating a primary elastomeric seal. High-purity platinum-cured silicone tubing ensures the fluid contact areas are crevice-free which helps eliminate cross-contamination. This unit has one 1/8 inch and two 1/4 inch ports. This autoclavable leakproof system permits easy aseptic media transfer from common glass media bottles. It has been designed with food-grade and noncytotoxic materials to meet USP VI requirements. Note: Not for use when creating pressure or vacuum conditions with containers that are not rated for pressure or vacuum applications. Not intended for invasive use. Autoclavable. Leakproof.
