This Mason NK2X2 vibration isolation pad is a multi-layered acoustical pad for reducing high frequency noise and minor vibration from lightweight machines. On each side is a neoprene pad for oil resistance and to provide a non-skid surface, with no bolting necessary. The waffle pattern forms a self-sealing perimeter to protect the material from oil or fluid. The cork center provides differing densities so that sound waves moving through the pad will change velocity, resulting in a power loss. The pad is 2 x 2 x 1 inches/51 x 51 x25 mm (W x L x T) and has a maximum load capacity of 50 pounds per square inch (psi). (W is the horizontal distance from left to right, L is the horizontal distance from front to back, T is the thickness from top to bottom.) These Mason acoustical pads are suitable for use with small compressors, pumps, drill presses, and generators.
