Product Description
This Lovejoy hexadrive variable speed pulley with 6 inch outer diameter is made of cast iron and comes with one groove. It fits a broad range of variable-speed belts suitable for use in many power transmission drives, including agricultural equipment, food packaging machines, and air handling systems. The hexagonal-shaped center shaft is covered in elastomer, preventing metal-to-metal contact of the sliding surfaces and negating the need for lubrication of the shaft. This pulley is made of cast iron for resistance to wear, corrosion, and galling. It is designed for variable-speed drives for applications requiring speed changes and has one groove for use with single belts.
