This 20-amp, 125-volt, NEMA L5-20P, 2P, 3W locking connector offers heavy-duty nylon construction that resists damage from severe impact, abrasion, and chemical attack. At the same time, the dead-front, solid contaminant barrier prevents accidental--and potentially dangerous--contact with internal parts.
User-Friendly Design for Safety and Easy Identification
The 2311 has an ergonomically designed fluted body with a radial gripping ridge to make gripping and pulling easier. Speed-drive screws on the face allow for quick assembly, while single-piece, 0.035-inch-thick contacts are free of rivets for longer life and continuous conductivity.

For added convenience, the NEMA configuration and device ratings are molded into the deep-slotted, triple drive face for fast, easy identification. It also features backed-out, color-coded brass terminal screws and the catalog number is permanently marked on the cord clamp.
