Product Description
In this modeling activity, students follow a molecule of water as it travels through the water cycle. Students roll a dice and consult water cycle cards to determine where their water molecule will end up next. The activity can be used to illustrate the water cycle either with or without considering the biological and chemical contaminants that can be picked up. After their molecule makes several stops each student writes a story that demonstrates an understanding of the water cycle (and how contaminants can be picked up along the way).
