Product Description
The Kimble Kimax KG-33 borosilicate glass, round, Berzelius-style, graduated beaker has a slightly flared top with a thick reinforcing bead, white double-scale markings, and is available in a variety of sizes (100-, 200-, 300-, 400-, 600-, and 1000-mL). The beaker is made of clear KG-33 borosilicate glass for durability and chemical- and temperature-resistance. It has a white matte-finish marking area designed for use with an ordinary pencil, and meets the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) E960, Type IV specifications. KG-33 borosilicate glass has a low coefficient of thermal expansion, very high resistance to chemical attack, and produces heavy walls that minimize the risk of mechanical breakage when heat is applied. Beakers are used for measurement, quality testing, sampling, and research, and in lab applications in chemistry, education, research, and life science applications.
