End Cut Type
End cut burs are usually cylindrical and have a flat end with a cutting surface, and are suitable for deburring and finishing straight edges.

Point end burs are cone-shaped with a pointed end, and are suitable for finishing contoured surfaces. 
Radius end burs come in a variety of shapes, have a rounded end that is slightly less tapered than a point end bur, and are suitable for finishing contoured surfaces.
