Each return mailing label is uniquely assigned to a specific return. In order to ensure that you receive the correct refund, please do not include items from other orders or other shipments in the same box. Every shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return. Visit Calculating Refund Amounts for more information.
You can view completed returns at the bottom of the order's summary page in Your Account. You can also track the status of your return shipment using the tracking number from your return mailing label.
