The following conditions and exceptions apply, as do those listed on the Return Policy.
If you return an item using the return label provided in the Online Returns Center and the reason for return is not a result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you choose the U.S. Postal Service option, the amount that will be deducted from your refund is displayed. If you choose the Self Return option, you'll pay the cost charged by the carrier selected.
Refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Amazon may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. You will be notified in the Online Returns Center or by a Customer Service Associate if we do not require that you mail your item back for a refund. Please see the Conditions of Use.
If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, first check for your refund at the bottom of the order's summary page in Your Account.
If your refund appears in Your Account, but you aren't seeing the refund in your current balance, here's what to do:

If you refused a shipment and you haven't received a refund within 10-15 business days of the date the shipment was refused, please contact us for additional assistance. Note: If you didn't use our return mailing label to return your item, it could take a bit longer for your refund to be processed.
