Revising your shipping and billing information for an order you placed with AmazonSupply.com is easy, provided your order has not yet entered the shipping process.
Simply go to My Account and click on View Orders. Select the order you would like to update. From there, you may change your shipping address, payment method, shipping method, and billing address by simply clicking the Edit button next to the relevant listing. For security reasons, when you change your shipping address, you will need to re-enter your credit card number.
If an order is marked as "Shipping Soon," it has entered the shipping process and, unfortunately, cannot be changed by you or by our customer service department. If the package will not reach you because of an incorrect address, it will be returned to us as “undeliverable,” and you will need to place a new order.
