Return Policy

Eligible items purchased from may be returned within 365 days of the date when we ship the product to you. Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition. We do not charge a restocking fee for returns, regardless of reason.

Items That Can't Be Returned

We cannot accept returns of products that have special shipping restrictions imposed by the U.S. Department of Transportation. Products that are not returnable include, but are not limited to:

  • Hazardous materials (such as lubricants and adhesives), or products containing flammable liquids or gases.
  • Items which could be exposed to blood-borne pathogens and chemicals, such as hypodermic tubing and Chemical Spray Protection Apparel.
  • Any items containing free mercury.

If you have a problem with a product and it isn't returnable, please contact Customer Service.


Our self-service Online Return Center makes returns easy, and you can choose to send your items by U.S. Postal Service or trackable UPS shipping for domestic orders. Returns can be made in just a few simple steps:

  1. Print your return labels at our self-service Online Return Center.
  2. Include your return authorization label inside your return shipment.
  3. Attach the return shipping label to your shipment.
  4. Ship the package back to us.

If the return is due to shipping error or a product that was damaged or defective when delivered to you, you will receive a credit to your account for return shipping costs based on a standard rate for surface mail.
