Product Description

The HI 93503N is a portable, water-resistant thermometer suitable for daily use in industrial kitchens and catering. The meter features low battery detection, auto-off capabilities, and a long battery life. It uses interchangeable probes and includes the calibration check feature, for checking the meter calibration status at any time. Auto-shut off feature turns the meter off automatically after three minutes of non use.

Range is -50.0 to 150.0 degrees C + or – 0.4 degrees C (excluding probe error), with a resolution of 0.1 degrees C. The device operates on three 1.5V AA batteries. Dimensions are 150 x 80 x 36 mm/5.9” x 3.1” x 1.4” (H x W x D), and weighs 235 g (8.3 oz.).
