The frame is constructed by a thick, coated reinforcing wire to give the pan additional strength and insure greater durability. Our most popular loaf pan sizes are available in multiple configurations to provide greater operational efficiency. These strapped bread pans are welded to a heavy gauge steel frame for superior durability and feature a silicone glaze finish to provide for easy release of baked goods.
