This Eppendorf F-35-6-30 fixed-angle conical tube rotor with 6-place array, adapters, and a plastic lid is for use with microcentrifuge models 5430 and 5430 R. The rotor has a maximum rotational speed of 7,830 RPM, relative centrifugal force (rcf) of 7,197 x g, and is autoclavable at 121 degrees C for 20 minutes. The rotor has a 6-place array that accommodates 6 x 15 mL or 6 x 50 mL conical tubes. It includes six adapters for 15 mL conical tubes and six adapters for 50 mL conical tubes (the 50 mL adapters accommodate skirted tubes). A plastic lid is included for basic applications. This fixed-angle rotor is an accessory for use with Eppendorf centrifuge models 5430 and 5430 R, which spin biological lab samples at high speeds to separate cellular material into component parts. Eppendorf manufactures instruments for cell manipulation, and automated devices for liquid handling, for use in life science research laboratories.
