Product Description

EDVO-Kit 101-B contains dye samples ready for electrophoresis sufficient for twelve (12) agarose gels with the use of an automatic micropipet. A: Orange, B: Purple, C: Red, D: Blue 1, E: Dye Mixture, F: Blue dye mixture (Blue 1 + Blue 2), Practice gel loading solution, 100ml Plastic graduated cylinder (packaging). Experiment components include enough sample for 12 gels if you are using an automatic micropipet for sample delivery. Use of transfer pipets will yield fewer gels. Reagent quantities are based upon the use of Horizontal gel electrophoresis apparatus, Model M12 and sample volumes aliquoted at 40 �l each.
