It has clear, conical bottom wells that have a round shape and a volume of 200µL. Nonsterile microplate is not surface treated and comes without a lid. For oil-free operation, the plate must be used with sealing tape or a sealing mat and used in conjunction with thermal cyclers that have heated lids. Nonsterile. Lid Not Included.
