Product Description

The Corning PC-170 Scholar hot plate has a temperature range of 25 to 360 degrees C, a 5 x 5 inch porcelain-coated stainless steel top plate, and analog temperature control. The porcelain-coated stainless steel top plate provides corrosion resistance and fast cool down. It has analog temperature control with knob for 10 heat settings. For safety, dual heat shields help keep the outer case cool. It is available in 100V and 120V versions for use in Japan or North America. This hot plate is used to heat glassware and liquid solutions for scientific applications.
