This polypropylene conical bottom screw top microcentrifuge tube with "O" ring cap serves a broad range of laboratory needs including collection, pressing, centrifugation, long-term storage, and OEM packaging and shipping of restriction enzymes or other DNA/RNA modifying reagents. Color-coded cap provides a syringe port that is easily pierceable for radioisotope labeling and fraction collecting. The threaded O-ring design ensures a uniform closure allowing centrifugation up to 20,000g. Microcentrifuge tubes have ribs on the cap and tube to fit the AxyRack microtube racks to allow single handed opening and closing. Tubes are certified RNase, DNase, and pyrogen free. Non-sterile.
