This Corning kit has a PC-620D stirring hot plate with a 10 inch x 10 inch (25.4 x 25.4cm) Pyroceram top and digital temperature and stirring speed displays. It is designed to operate on 120V/60Hz with standard US three-prong plug for use with similar electrical requirements. Microprocessor maintains consistent and repeatable temperature settings from 5º Celsius (if ambient temperature is 0º Celsius or lower) up to 550º Celsius. Digital LED temperature display is adjustable in 5º Celsius increments and blinks until set temperature is reached. Kit includes an external temperature controller, two 9in (22.9cm) support rods that can be screwed together (18in) and stir bar retriever.
