This Corning 384-well white polystyrene microplate has clear flat bottom wells with a 112µL total well volume and a recommended working volume of 20 to 80µL. White walled plate enhances luminescent signals and has low background luminescence and fluorescence. Nonbinding (NBS) surface is a Corning proprietary treatment technology used on polystyrene microplates to create a nonionic hydrophilic surface (polyethylene oxide-like) that minimizes molecular interactions. It is ideal for reducing protein and nucleic acid binding at low concentrations, and increasing assay signal to noise.
