Dedicated "In" and "Out" keys let you tally total day hours for multiple timecard entries, while a single keystroke enables you to determine total hours and total pay. An easy-to-read LCD shows answers in simple timecard and payroll terms. This calculator also contains an hourly rate function and a built-in stopwatch, timer, and alarm.

The TimeCard Tabulator II offers 12- and 24-hour time formats and can handle most forms of rounding and breaks to match your payroll needs. You can also store up to 10 separate values for quick reference, and a "paperless tape" function lets you review the last 20 entries. The TimeCard Tabulator II can also serve as a standard calculator.
