This Bunting Bearings polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) composite sleeve bearing is suitable for applications with radial loads. It has a steel backing and a porous bronze intermediate layer that has been impregnated and lined with PTFE, and requires no lubrication. The bearing has a maximum load value of 36,250 psi (pounds per square inch), a maximum velocity value of 1,000 sfpm (surface feet per minute), and a maximum pressure velocity (PV) value of 51,000. It operates at temperatures from -328 to 536 degrees F (-200 to 280 degrees C).
