This 55-gallon (208L), 120V DHCH extra heavy duty heater is made for metal drums and pails. It is the longest lasting and most durable drum heater. The patented 360° grounded multi-stranded heating element is laminated between three extra thick layers of 20mil fiberglass-reinforced silicone rubber for ultimate strength and durability. The heating element is uniformily placed to maximize heat distribution and meets NEC 427.23. It is moisture and chemical resistant, with a spring closure that can be expanded 3in (76mm). The adjustable thermostat has a range of 50 to 425°F (10 to 218°C) for metal drums or pails. The maximum exposure temperature on the heating surface is 450°F (232°C). Includes a 6ft (1.8m) long power cord with a standard 3-prong plug (NEMA 5-15). Grounded. Material: 3-Layer Fiberglass Reinforced Silicone Rubber. Voltage: 120VAC. Watts: 1200.
