Self-Laminating Cable & Wire Labels (B-427)
- Conformable material designed to adhere to highly curved surfaces, wires and cables
- Features a white printable area with clear “tail” that wraps around marker
- Clear tail serves as over-laminate to protect the text, providing superior resistance to abrasion, dirt, oils, solvents, water and excessive handling
- This material has good clarity, conformability and is self-extinguishing
- Service temp: -40ºF to 158ºF Application temp: 50ºF to 158ºF

Product Description
Special Properties are abrasion resistant, excellent abrasion and smudge resistance, excellent water and oil resistance, good moisture resistance, self-extinguishing, self-laminating. B-427 is not recommended for use in harsh organic solvents such as methyl ethyl ketone, acetone, or 1,1,1-trichloroethane. Surfaces are Smooth, Textured/Rough. Thermal transfer print technology is used. Material type is translucent vinyl. Finish is provided in a self-laminated format with a white printable zone and a translucent overlaminating area. Permanent acrylic adhesive. Recommended ribbons are brady series R4300 black and R4500 colored (red, blue, green) for thermal transfer printing, B-427 is UL recognized to UL969 labeling and marking standard when printed with the brady series R4300 and R6200 ribbons. see UL files MH17154 for specific details. B-427 is RoHS compliant to 2005/618/EC MCV amendment to RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC.
