B-851 Fire Extinguisher Tags 65371 made from economy polyester which size is 5-3/4" Height, 3" Width in red and black on white color. Standard package is 25 which Includes 10 plastic lock-on ties. Header is "FIRE EXTINGUISHER RECHARGE & MAINTENANCE RECORD", front legend is "INSTRUCTIONS ATTACH THIS TAG TO FIRE EXTINGUISHER. RECHARGING AND MAINTENANCE RECORDS ARE TO BE ENTERED BY THE PERSON PERFORMING SUCH....etc" and back legend is "MAINTENANCE RECORD....etc." Standard material colors are white, blue, red, yellow, orange and green. Standard legend colors are black, red, green, and blue. Substrate type is heavy duty polyester. pullout strength (ASTM D 638) is 75 lb. Abrasion resistance (Method 5306 of U.S. Federal Test Method Std. No. 191A) are CS-10 wheels, 1000 gram weights, legend withstands up to 100 cycles and background withstands up to 150 cycles.
