This Boston Gear BOSTonE acetal roll end bearing is suitable for use in conveyor applications. Roll end bearings are press fit into the end of steel tubes, converting them to conveyor rollers. This bearing is made of acetal resin for resistance to corrosion, and requires no lubrication. It has a maximum load value of 480 psi (pounds per square inch), a maximum velocity value of 300 sfpm (surface feet per minute), and a maximum pressure velocity (PV) value of 3,000. This roll end bearing has a maximum operating temperature of 225 degrees F (107 degrees C), and is suitable for use in material handling conveyers and other applications that use tubular rollers.
