Labx 170 is a wipe that has been designed for ISO Class 6 (Class 1000) and above cleanroom applications. Labx 170 is 100 percent biodegradable. It is made from 80 percent abaca and 20 percent wood pulp. Labx 170 is engineered as a lightweight low lint material. Environmental: complies with RoHS 2002/05 and reach requirements. 100 percent biodegradable. Applications: lightweight wafer separator material. Absorbent, low linting work surface material. Tray liner and wet bench material. Wiping of catheters, heart valves and other biomedical devices. Cleaning of lab equipment. Compatible with ISO Class 6 (Class 1000) cleanroom applications and above. Basis Weight 17.2 g/sq. m and test method is TAPPI T-410. Caliper 68.4 micrometer and test method is TAPPI T-411. Fibers >=100 micrometer, 0.63 fibers/sq. cm and test method is IEST-RP.CC004.3, Sec 6.1.3 / Sec 6.2.2.
