Product Description
SatPax 1000 are pre-wetted nonwoven polyester/cellulose wipers that are available in resealable pouches and canisters. The wiper is manufactured utilizing semiconductor grade IPA (isopropyl alcohol) and RO/DI H2O filtered to 0.2 µm. 55 percent cellulose/45 percent polyester, nonwoven. Lot number on each resealable pouch ensures traceability. Convenient pop-up canisters contain rolls of perforated wipers. Three different saturation combinations are available: 70/30, 9/91 and 6/94(canister only). Available sterile for aseptic processing. Recommended for use in ISO Class 5 (Class 100) Cleanroom Applications. Reduce storage requirements and usage quantities. Eliminate squirt bottles and uncontrolled saturation levels. Control VOC's. Measures 9" length by 9" width. Basis weight 72.1 g/sq. m and test method is TAPPI T-410. Caliper 258 micrometer and test method is TAPPI T-411. Fibers >=100 micrometer 150 fibers/sq. cm and test method is IEST-RP.CC004.3, Sec 6.1.3 / Sec 6.2.2. Particles >=0.5 micrometer 2.6 x10 cubic/sq. cm and test method is IEST-RP.CC004.3, Sec 6.1.3 / Sec 6.2.1. Sorbency capacity 329 mL/sq. m, efficiency 4.6 mL/g, sorbency rate 3 second and test method is IEST-RP.CC004.3, Sec 8.1 modified / Sec 8.2 modified. Non-volatile residue DI water 0.038 g/sq. m Non-Volatile Residue IPA 0.0083 g/sq. m and test method is IEST-RP.CC004.3, Sec 7.1.2. Ions: 16 ppm Na+, 0.46 ppm K+, 2.0 ppm Ca++, 1.3 ppm Mg++, 9.1 ppm Cl- and test method is IEST-RP.CC004.3, Sec 7.2.2.
