The Hitachi G18DLP4 has a high torque motor with a no-load speed of 9,100-RPM to power through the toughest cutting and grinding applications. The Hitachi G18DLP4 features a slim body design with a soft touch grip for improved comfort and control. It is lightweight and its compact design is for maneuverability, especially in overhead applications. It has over current protection circuit to prevent motor damage. It also contains externally accessible carbon brushes for easy maintenance and prolonged tool life, spindle lock for quick and easy wheel changes and safety reset to prevent accidental start up.
